An exclusive buyer’s agent does not take listings or ever represent the seller in a real estate transaction. Exclusive buyer’s agents are 100% loyal to their buyer-clients and are committed to assisting them in purchasing the right property at the best possible price.

It doesn’t matter which company lists the property, we show you the entire market including Multiple Listing Service properties, For Sale By Owner properties, foreclosed properties, new construction, vacant land or anything else you would like to consider. We are consultants not salespeople and will make your home buying experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible.

How are Exclusive Buyer’s Agents Compensated?

The majority of residential real estate agents owe their loyalty to the seller, not the buyer. The Real Buyer’s Agent works directly and exclusively for buyers only. Our clients pay no additional fees for our exclusive service. Nearly all properties on the market have a sales commission for buyer’s agents built into the sale price. In most cases, the fee our company receives from the transaction comes directly from that built-in commission and not from you.
